A dream Abroad !!!

Learning abroad is a dream for many !!! But for few who learnt abroad, things are totally different !!! They instruct their friends not to come out of India !!! Why these all happens !??! This post is all about Indian students, abroad !!!


A middle class guy with a dream of pursuing his studies abroad applies for student visa !!! Of course he gets it !!! A bank is always ready to finance him !!! Loan is ready, Visa is ready !!! Parents empty their savings for tickets and pocket money !!!

The guy leaves home happily believing that he will join a part time job there and handle his expenses himself from upcoming month !!! Every parents have belief on their son and so they too think in positive scope !!!

He lands abroad !!! It takes a week to get settled and realize it is not a dream !!! But as soon as he realizes, college starts rolling !!! Guy is still not completely prepared to handle his monthly expenses !!!

Getting part time job is challenging him !!! He misses few classes in search of part time job !!! And in the quest of search, he looses his pocket money (all what he carried) !!!

Finally he puts himself to work for more than 8 hours a day - hence missing college hours completely !!! I will never blame his decision !!! Food is primary need than education !!! So he needs money firstly !!!

The biggest thing he has to manage is - whatever problem he faces, it should not reach his parents !!! His only drain point for his worries are his friends !!! He could easily distinguish true friends at this instant !!!

Finally, the purpose of his arrival is lost !!! He missed college activities !!! There is a general opinion that education standard abroad is not far better than India !!!

On an average a person needs at least Rs. 25,000 for spending a month !!! His loan amount is also raising !!! How can he manage !?!?!? He gets frustrated and comes back to India, at last !!!

He left India with a dream to study abroad !!! Came back as a part time worker !!! Some people who managed their expenses and satisfied college management with money, got degree and few more return empty handed !!!

Is this not really pathetic !?!? His parents would have treated him like prince !!! Now when he comes back, even their bank balance would have drained !!! Now the guy is under financial pressure !!! Not more time to react !!!

One wrong decision has cost all these things in his life !!!

This is not an imaginary post !!! It really happens !!! Many Indian students still eat in Temples, Mosque and Churches !!! They cannot afford to eat in restaurants !!! They forget the meaning of self respect !!! They are ready to do a cheaper job only for their survival !!!

Lastly, If you are from high class family - you have no problem going abroad !!! At least your expenditure would make your family a middle class family, but not low class !!! But if you are from middle class family, try to realize that there is nothing special in abroad !!! Even many foreigners are attracted by Indian study centers !!!
