Lokpal Vs Development !!!

Before entering this post, my sincere salute for any personnel who wishes India to be a supremo power !!! This post has some spicy analysis of how Lokpal bill can bring an effect in present Indian scenario !!!


GDP of India is increasing every year !!! Backbone of GDP growth is Industrialization !!! For any industries to excel, infrastructure is essential !!! And if there is an input, there should be an output and some waste !!!

Now sum up all things together !!! We need to compromise our environment to attain growth !!!

Legally speaking we have to have an environment protection plan, environment impact assessment before starting of any small project !!!

But till day, everything was taken easy !!! Corruption leaded the way !!! Money paved the way of growth !!!

Frankly speaking, India has very few number of Environment specialist !!! How can they manage huge number of companies ?!?!?!

As I mentioned already, we all people directly or indirectly support corruption !!! We go to a movie !!! If ticket is not available in counter, we try for black tickets !!! Its against law !!!

We cross traffic signal, in absence of police !!! We do organize strikes and destroy public properties which are against law !!!

We people very easily break law, because there was no one to question us !!!

But if Lokpal is being passed, anyone might have right to question Govt official or service department !!!

If my company is given permission and your company is been rejected, you can ask for the reason of rejection !!!

This will make people stick to law !!!

I know this would have made more people happy !!!

But my question is, to stick to law - we must know our law !!! Till date, we people don't find time to learn our law !!! We just follow what our seniors did !!! If someone bribes you, and you don't know where to complain or how to react - what is the use ?!?!!?

First, people must be educated !!! Basic need of people is education !!! They should be educated about Indian law and the standard way of working - as per the law !!! Let them know what Govt expects from them !!!

I am damn sure, if Govt just implements Lokpal (hypothetical case) without educating people, Development of India may go down !!! Our people may take a week to execute a day's job !!!

This is because we are new to corruption free system !!! We are new to our legal compliance !!! We have to consider anything !!! So my request will be, people should act smart against corruption !!!

Lokpal is dream of every Indian !!! But implementation of awareness about Lokpal, contents of Indian Law, Standard way of performing a job should be educated !!! This will make India to eradicate corruption - even if Lokpal bill is passed or not !!!
